Yoma International Marathon

Established in 2013, the Yoma International Marathon has grown into Myanmar’s largest participatory running event and one of the most recognised sporting occasions, bringing together runners, supporters, volunteers, corporates, and the wider community.

Guided by Yoma Group’s mission to “Build a Better Myanmar for its People,” the marathon continues to drive meaningful community impact through purpose-driven initiatives, reflecting our commitment to creating positive social change and strengthening the communities we serve.

What began as a single-city marathon has now evolved into a nationwide movement that celebrates health, endurance, unity, culture, and community spirit across Myanmar.
