Visas
- All foreign visitors need a visa to enter Myanmar.
- Foreign visitors are encouraged to get in touch with their local Myanmar Embassy/Consulate for the most current visa regulations.
Visa (Online Application)
From 1st September 2014, the Ministry of Immigration and Population will issue tourist e-visa.

Currency (Kyats)
Myanmar uses Kyats – the most efficient way of getting money is exchanging US dollars at one of the many money exchange outlets in the country. USD is widely accepted for official things like accommodation and transportation. For day-to-day necessities like food, it’s important to exchange USD into Kyats.
It should also be noted that any US Dollars should be in good condition. Locals will generally not accept any worn, creased, dirty, torn or marked notes. ATMs are now available in selected locations in Yangon.

- နိုင်ငံတကာအပြေးသမားများအနေဖြင့် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသံရုံးမှထုတ်ပြန်ထားသော ဗီဇာစဉ်းမျဉ်းစည်းကမ်းကို ကောင်းစွာနားလည်သဘောပေါက်ရမည်။
ဗီဇာ (Online မှတဆင့်လျောက်ထားခြင်း)
၁ရက်၊ စက်တင်ဘာ၊၂၀၁၄ မှစ၍ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံလူဝင်မှုကြီးကြပ်ရေးမှ e-visa ထုတ်ပေးလျက်ရှိသည်။ E-visa လျောက်ထားခြင်း နှင့် အခြားသော သတင်းအချက်အလက်များကိုသိလိုပါက evisa.moip.gov.mm တွင်ဝင်ရောက်ကြည့်ရှူနိုင်ပါသည်။

၂၀၁၃ ခုနှစ်တွင် စတင်ခဲ့သည့် ရိုးမ-ရန်ကုန် အပြည်ပြည်ဆိုင်ရာ မာရသွန်ပြိုင်ပွဲကြီးသည် မြန်မာနိုင်ငံတွင် ပါဝင်ဆင်နွှဲသူအများဆုံး အပြေးပြိုင်ပွဲကြီးဖြစ်လာခဲ့ပြီး အပြေးအားကစားသမားများ၊ ပံ့ပိုးကူညီသူများ၊ စေတနာ့ဝန်ထမ်းများ၊ စီးပွားရေးလုပ်ငန်းများနှင့် ပြည်သူလူထုများ အတူတကွ စုပေါင်းပါဝင်ကြသည့် ကြီးကျယ်ခမ်းနားမှုအရှိဆုံး အားကစားပွဲတော်များတွင် တစ်ခုအပါအဝင် ဖြစ်ခဲ့ပါသည်။
အပြေးအားကစား ချစ်မြတ်နိုးစိတ်မှတစ်ဆင့် ပြည်တွင်း၊ ပြည်ပမှ အားကစားသမားများ၏ စိတ်ဝင်စားမှုရရှိနိုင်ရန်နှင့် အဖွဲ့အစည်းများကို ချိတ်ဆက်ပေးနိုင်ရန် ရည်ရွယ်၍ ရန်ကုန်မြို့၌ ၂၀၂၀ ခုနှစ်တွင် ရှစ်ကြိမ်မြောက် ကျင်းပခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
